Marc P. Eidelberg, a partner at Friedman LLP, has over 20 years of experience serving clients in a range of industries, including manufacturing and distribution, wholesale and retail, construction, not-for-profit and professional services. Marc has developed a specialty in broker-dealer, hedge fund and auto dealership accounting. HIS EXPERIENCE INCLUDES: Performing tests of financial and operational internal controls Evaluating control systems and recommending accounting system improvements to assure the safeguarding of assets and security Advising clients on acquisition strategies and structures Providing ongoing advice and expertise on all tax-related issues In addition, Marc has expertise in forensic accounting and litigation support matters, including bankruptcies and fraud investigations. He has served as an expert witness in a number of bankruptcy cases.
