Frank J. Trembulak is Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of GHS. He is executive vice president, operations of Geisinger Health System Foundation and senior vice president and treasurer of the various Geisinger entities. He has served in various staff and management positions since joining Geisinger as manager of internal audit in 1976. Prior to joining Geisinger, he worked in both for-profit health care and public accounting. His professional memberships include: Certification Commission for Healthcare Information Technology (CCHIT), The Hospital & Healthsystem Association of Pennsylvania (HAP), The Pennsylvania Healthcare Quality Alliance (the Alliance), Susquehanna University Partners (Sigmund Weis School of Business), the Pennsylvania Chamber of Business and Industry (PCB&I), and the Healthcare Financial Management Association. Mr. Trembulak is a member and chairman of the CCHIT Board of Trustees; a member and chairman of the Alliance; past-chairman of the Board of Directors of HAP; and, a Board member and chairman of various Board Committees of Susquehanna University and PCB&I. Mr. Trembulak earned his BS in accounting from Susquehanna University, Selinsgrove, PA, in 1969. Mr. Trembulak is also a director of the Maria Joseph Manor, a skilled nursing facility, and is active in other community and civic organizations.
