As Vice President of Finance and HR, Lisa manages the day-to-day accounting responsibilities, strategic analysis, and financial forecasting planning. In addition, she also oversees a variety of Human Resources and Facilities Management functions. Lisa not only brings a wealth of accounting experience to the position, but she also provides insight on large corporation best practices? through her experiences with generally accepted accounting principles, internal control analysis and Sarbanes Oxley. Lisa began her career at the public accounting firm Ernst & Young, where she spent five years in audit before leaving at the Manager level. From there she joined Disney, holding various roles in accounting and internal audit for the Studio, most recently as the Director of Production Accounting. Prior to joining Guidance Lisa was the Controller at Elite, a Thomson Reuters business. Lisa completed her Bachelor's Degree in Business at George Washington University in Washington D.C. and received her CPA license. She currently resides in Hermosa Beach with her husband and their two children.
