For the past 15 years, Lisa Abair has worked with healthcare, social service and secondary educational organizations as a Human Resources professional. She possesses extensive experience in non-profit recruiting and is skilled in interviewing techniques and issues of staff retention. At the American Heart Association, Ms. Abair was the Director of Recruitment and Training, overseeing all aspects of recruitment and staff training efforts across six states. Ms. Abair is also a founding board member for Massachusetts General Hospital's, Jennifer Hunter Yates Sarcoma Foundation (JHYSF). Over the past five years, JHYSF has raised close to $750,000 for sarcoma research and education. Last year, JHYSF received the prestigious Top 100? Award from MGH in recognition of their significant contribution to advancing the fight against cancer. Ms. Abair is an active member of Women in Development, the Association for Fundraising Professionals and the Northeast Human Resources Association. She has a Bachelor's degree from Boston College. Lindauer Searches since 2002, Mary Ann Botelho has two decades of experience working with not-for-profit organizations. Ms. Botelho began her career in public relations, helping charitable institutions strengthen their media relations, publications, and community relations efforts. Her diverse accomplishments include an award-winning media relations program to educate the public about chronic mental illness, publicizing the launch of the Handel & Haydn's Society's first CD and first performance at New York's Lincoln Center, and the development of a multi-cultural public information campaign encouraging the use of mammography screenings. With experience in the array of nonprofit settings - health care, higher education, arts administration, and social service - Ms. Botelho brings to LLLS a unique understanding of market and operational challenges facing today's charitable organization. She most recently completed searches for The Silk Road Project, The DeCordova Museum and Sculpture Park and the Worcester Art Museum. Ms. Botelho has also performed searches for the Clark Art Institute, Colby College, and the Hartford Seminary. Ms. Botelho has a bachelor's in Psychology from Boston University's College of Liberal Arts and master's in Public Relations from BU's School of Public Communications.
