Prior to joining iSECUREtrac, Mr. Zehr was the Controller for MDS Pharma Services - North America. Zehr worked at MDS for 12 years in various Accounting and Finance roles. Some of the highlights of his career include leading the controls design and implementation of Sarbanes-Oxley for North American operations, leading due diligence teams and post-acquisition integration for two North American acquisitions and assisted in post-acquisition integration of a multi-million dollar global acquisition. He also was responsible for the full-scale design and implementation of ERP encompassing 35 locations, 18 countries, and multiple currencies. In addition, Zehr worked in public accounting for 9 years with Baird, Kurtz & Dobson based out of Lincoln, Nebraska. Zehr has a Bachelor of Science degree from Nebraska Wesleyan University and holds a Certified Public Accountant certificate from the State of Nebraska.
