Leroy Thydean has overall management responsibility for the Willow Group, Inc. Thydean formed the Willow Group in 1998 with James Brownell and Barbara Gurstelle to provide high-caliber, project-oriented consulting services to selected industries. Prior to starting the Willow Group, Thydean served as a principal consultant at Price Waterhouse LLP and as a senior consultant at Cytrol, Inc., where he focused on leading business and information systems projects for firms in the financial services industry. Previous to this, Thydean worked as an information systems professional for Sperry Univac, Republic Airlines and Northwest Airlines. Thydean is a past vice president of programs, Minnesota Chapter of the Project Management Institute and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP). He earned his bachelor's degree in mathematics from Hamline University in St. Paul, Minnesota.
