Len Richter's Email & Phone

Len is the technical innovator and driving force of CiSCO, which he co-founded in 1985. His engineering expertise and extensive knowledge of analyzers of all types is the key element to CiSCO's growth. Len has over 35 years experience in the design and implementation of gaseous analytical systems for the measurement of emissions and associated instrumentation. Prior to CiSCO, he was Project Manager for extractive Continuous Emission Monitoring Systems (CEMS) for Lear Siegler's Measurement Controls Division (now Teledyne Monitor Labs). Earlier, Len was Senior Project Engineer for GM's High Altitude Vehicle Emission Testing Laboratory where he was responsible for successful administration on projects as large as $3 million. Len stays abreast of technological improvements and the changing regulatory requirements as a member of AWMA, ISA and IEEE. He received his BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Colorado.
