Dr. Malinin has been at the forefront of innovation; leading professional teams of innovators in technology development, technology transfer and innovation consulting. His experience has furthered the development and implementation of GEN3: Innovation Discipline at several Fortune 500 companies. His work has led to securing funding for products and newly formed companies. He is also a recognized innovator in the space of personal health monitoring and has worked on the development of prototypes within this emerging medical space. Prior to GEN3, Dr. Malinin developed advanced data processing algorithms, worked for an MIT spin-off, and published a monograph on rotor vibration control. Additionally, he has extensive experience in working with leading Japanese and European companies. He holds several patents and has presented at international conferences.
