Ms. Binn has over 20 years experience in strategic planning, business development and consulting in both the government and commercial arenas. She has extensive management and technical expertise with a concentrated focus on business planning, management and execution. Ms. Binn has proven abilities and experience in analyzing opportunities for business change, including outsourcing, technology planning, and organizational change. Her extensive project management experience is leveraged when working within the Federal Government's GSA schedules program to plan, develop, deliver and track new contracts for our clients. She has worked extensively within the Federal Government, managing contracts valued in excess of $300 million. Her expertise includes strong analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities and spans all aspects of business operations. Her experience includes activities across multiple industries including telecommunications, energy, travel and transportation, manufacturing, distribution and service providers. Ms. Binn holds a Bachelor of Arts in Letters and Science from the University of California at Los Angeles.
