Her ability to create and maintain a hard-working, team-oriented culture makes her one of our most valuable assets. She brings strong strategic thinking to her role as Chief Operating Officer, and she is responsible for leading and managing the Corporate Operations Group, the Analytical Sciences Leadership Team, and the Clinical Services Leadership Team. In addition to her experience working for Glaxo Inc. and AstraZeneca, Laura's familiarity with Rho helps her spread confidence throughout the company. On her path to becoming Chief Operating Officer, Laura's work in various departments helped her gain a broad understanding of Rho's services. Her knowledge and approachability allow her to help create processes that increase customer satisfaction, lower cost, and foster an inspiring culture for Rho's employees. Her respect for Rho's history and forward-thinking vision will help ensure that Rho remains a competitive world-class organization for decades to come. Laura received her master's degree and Dr.P.H. in biostatistics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She is a wife, a mother, and an avid reader who enjoys hiking, and sailing. Laura also takes pride in promoting the democratic process by encouraging women to vote.
