Lamar Horton has architected, launched, and operated large Internet, Video, Telephony, and Transport Networks and Services during his 13 years in the industry. With his experience in the residential, commercial, and wholesale communications environments, he brings a unique perspective to problem solving through technology and process. Prior to Grande Communications, Mr. Horton contributed to other network providers such as Broadwing, PointOne, and Dantis in various engineering and leadership roles. Lamar has also spent time as a Systems Engineer with Ethernet Switching and Routing manufacturer Riverstone Networks. His experience with Riverstone allowed him to understand the dynamics of working with Service Providers from a solutions platform perspective. Mr. Horton graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Electronics Engineering Technology from DeVry University in Dallas, TX .
