Ms. Chin is a Partner of the firm. Ms. Chin's practice includes the representation of institutional clients in various real estate transactions, including commercial office, industrial and retail leasing, acquisitions and dispositions of commercial properties, and financing transactions. She has also assisted multi-national corporations in their acquisitions and dispositions of domestic and international real estate assets in connection with corporate mergers and acquisitions. Prior to joining SSL Law Firm, Ms. Chin was an associate in the real estate group of Morrison & Foerster LLP. Ms. Chin received her B.A. in economics from the University of California at San Diego and her J.D. from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law, where she was an Executive Editor for Hastings Constitutional Law Quarterly. Ms. Chin is admitted to practice law in California and is a member of the Real Estate Section of the State Bar of California.
