Kirk Miller has provided soft skills training in a variety of settings for diverse groups of people for more than 19 years. He has presented more than 1,700 seminars to both small and large companies, to for-profit and nonprofit organizations. He is a powerful speaker and has a real talent for no-nonsense curriculum design. He also has an uncanny ability to get to the heart of an organization's dynamics, which enables him to work with client companies to develop strategies for greater productivity, profitability, performance, and employee retention and satisfaction. His special passion is helping organizations achieve the values and behaviors that ultimately bring them greater success and employee and customer loyalty. Trained as a pastoral psychotherapist at Emory University's Candler School of Theology, Kirk was a founding partner of DeKalb Center for Psychotherapy. In 1984 he decided to focus full time on organizational development consulting, training course design, and presentation. He has continuously exceeded the expectations of clients such as Dun & Bradstreet, Mercy Hospital, Bristol-Myers, AT&T, and the Environmental Protection Agency.
