Kipp L. Blewett is a principal partner and co-founder of Rubicon Partners, Inc. and serves as CFO of the company. Prior to co-founding the firm, Kipp served as a Corporate Officer and Vice President for the Sacramento Region of Spieker Properties, Inc. Upon joining Spieker Properties in 1996, Kipp was responsible for the development, acquisition and management of more than 1.5 million square feet of office and industrial property in more than 30 properties in the Sacramento metropolitan area. Prior to joining Spieker, Kipp worked in Citicorp's Real Estate Investment Banking Group in New York City. Kipp received a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate Finance from the University of Southern California and a Master of Business Administration in Finance from Duke University. He is currently on the Board of Directors for the Sacramento Metro Chamber of Commerce and serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors for the Downtown Sacramento Partnership. Kipp was also recently appointed to the Board of Directors for the Sacramento Convention and Visitors (CVB). Kipp served on the Board of Directors for the Sacramento Children's Home for six (6) years.
