(patents covering Adcirca®): We represent Eli Lilly, which holds several patents covering the active ingredient in the drug Adcirca®, in this ANDA case against Synthon, which seeks to market a generic version of Adcirca®. * Illumina, Inc.* v. Complete Genomics, Inc. (D. Del.) (patents covering DNA sequencing methods and systems): We represent Illumina in this case in which Illumina is alleging infringement of multiple patents covering methods, systems and products used in high-throughput DNA sequencing systems. * Yeda Research and Development* v. Abbott GmbH (N.D. Ill.): We represent Yeda in this Section 146 action involving Abbott's patent and Yeda's pending patent application directed to recombinant TNF-binding proteins." Background and Credentials Dr. Flowers received his law degree from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law, where he was a Managing Editor and contributing author for the Ohio State Journal on Dispute Resolution. While in law school, he worked full-time as a law clerk in a high-profile criminal-defense practice. Dr. Flowers received his undergraduate degree in Biology and a Master's degree in Health Education from The Ohio State University, and his Ph.D. from the Cellular and Molecular Physiology program at the Pennsylvania State University College of Medicine and Graduate School. His scientific research led to eleven peer-reviewed scientific publications.
