Kevin joined QuadTech in 2010. As Director of Finance, Conrad oversees all accounting and finance functions for QuadTech's worldwide network of offices. Prior to joining QuadTech, Conrad served five of his nine years as assistant controller for a leading medical imaging company. It was there that Conrad was instrumental in the integration of accounting systems and processes through three acquisitions; originally Camtronics Medical Systems, a subsidiary of Analogic Corp., which was acquired by Emageon, Inc. in 2005, subsequently acquired by Amicas, Inc. in 2009, and then in 2010 by Merge Healthcare, Inc., a leading provider of healthcare IT solutions, primarily cardiology and radiology hardware and software systems. Previous to that, Conrad spent several years in public accounting. Conrad holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater and is a Certified Public Accountant.
