Kevin S. Blanton concentrates his practice on real estate matters, with an emphasis on commercial, industrial and retail leasing transactions and the representation of institutional and private interests in complex real estate acquisitions, development, leasing and financing. Kevin also regularly assists clients in all phases of development and construction projects from acquisition, determination of project delivery methods, drafting and negotiating contracts for architects, contractors and other trades or disciplines, to final completion of the Project. Mr. Blanton is also a member of Schnader's Pro Bono Committee.
