Mr. Chang has extensive experience in product development, marketing, sales and operations in telecommunications in the U.S., Asia and Europe. Before joining TelTel, Mr. Chang founded Blue Silicon, a leading provider of hosted unified and multi-media messaging solutions for service providers and enterprises worldwide. Mr. Chang is also the holder of three U.S. patents in message store-and-forward and Voice over IP (VoIP). Prior to Blue-Silicon, Mr. Chang founded Carmel Connection, Inc., a manufacturer of corporate voice/fax/mail products that are distributed worldwide. Mr. Chang has served in various management positions at Siemens/Rolm and was responsible for Rolm's flagship voicemail product line, PhoneMail. Mr. Chang holds a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from University of California, Berkeley.
