Ken Rapp President and Chief Executive Officer When he began VelQuest Corporation in 1999, Ken Rapp knew that he wanted to do something to help pharmaceutical manufacturers bring new drugs to market faster .He personally met with 50 executives, managers, and scientists to determine the greatest unmet need in Development and QC laboratory operations. With cGMP compliance-related activities identified as a major bottleneck, Ken put together a team and developed the solution: VelQuest's innovative GMP Electronic Notebook System for Lab and Manufacturing Operations. As President and CEO of VelQuest Corporation, Ken plays a leadership role in setting Development priorities, Operations, Sales & Marketing, Finance, and International Operations. From 1984 through 1999, Ken held a variety of technology and management positions with Zymark Corporation. Ken holds a BS degree from Northeastern University.
