Kenneth Kruger is President of Executive HealthSearch, Inc., a retained search firm and the Healthcare Human Resources Consulting Consortium, LLC, an association of respected professionals in human resources management and labor relations. Mr. Kruger is a senior executive with a consistent record of accomplishment in the areas of human resources and labor relations. He has a reputation as a builder, visionary, strategic planner and problem solver with a proven expertise and success in negotiating, delivering quality service and developing and implementing effective policies and programs designed to meet organizational objectives in a changing environment. As Vice President, Human Resources and Labor Relations, at The Mount Sinai Medical Center in New York City he acted as chief spokesperson in the negotiation of numerous collective bargaining agreements. Among his key accomplishments are the establishment of successful incentive pay programs in a unionized environment, design and implementation of a flexible benefits program that was well received by the employees and significantly reduced costs, and the establishment of an award winning wellness program that resulted in a revenue producing corporate product. He is highly regarded in his field, holding trusteeships in a number of union benefit funds and leadership positions in a wide range of professional associations, including past president of the American Society of Healthcare Human Resources Administration (ASHHRA). Mr. Kruger holds an MS in Industrial and Labor Relations from the New York Institute of Technology and an MBA in Health Services Administration from Wagner College in New York. Mr. Kruger has presented at various Labor Relations and Human Resources Seminars nationwide and written extensively in the field of Human Resources and Labor Relations. His most recent book is "The Health Care Human Resources Administration Manual" an Aspen publication.
