Kelly has spent a decade in the recruiting field connecting talented job seekers with clients. The "9-5" doesn't exist in Kelly's world, as she manages the firm's day-to-day operations and works around the clock to ensure clients and candidates are receiving the personal Manning touch. Prior to joining the family business, Kelly spent the first four years of her career with another administrative recruiting firm in Boston. Her expertise in the administrative placement field fueled the launch of MPG's Administrative Placement Practice, which caters to a broad spectrum of administrators, from entry-level receptionists to C-level executive assistants. Kelly is a Summa Cum Laude graduate of UMass Boston, where she double-majored in psychology and sociology. She is also a graduate of Notre Dame Academy, where she currently sits on the alumni board. Kelly resides in Hingham with her wonderful husband Steve, and is the mother to twin girls.
