Kelly is a passionate advocate for the underdog who takes on corporations to end unfair and illegal business practices that hurt employees and consumers. As a result of the improper pricing settlements, uninsured patients have saved over $1 billion. Based on her work in one of these groundbreaking cases, Kelly received the prestigious California Lawyer of Year (CLAY) award in 2007. Additional Engagements Kelly is a leader in organizations devoted to serving the public interest, improving access to justice, and ensuring that the rights of historically disenfranchised persons are protected. Kelly serves as the President-Elect of the Bar Association of San Francisco and Member of the Governing Council of the ABA's Labor and Employment Law Section.
