Kathleen Loya has been with IPC since August 1998. She is responsible for IPC's clinical data analysis and reporting activities, including design of clinical studies, web-enabled clinical reporting, and other ad hoc analysis. She manages IPC's Post-discharge Call Center, IPC-Link training for physicians, risk management and billing compliance. Kathy is also the company's Compliance Officer and Privacy Officer. Prior to joining IPC, Kathy was vice president of healthcare for CareAmerica Health Plan. Before that, she was the vice president of clinical services at San Gabriel Valley Medical Center. Kathy holds a Bachelor in Healthcare Management from the University of La Verne and is certified in Healthcare Compliance. She is the author of several publications and has taught numerous healthcare-related courses.
