Kasey C. Townsend is Partner-in-Charge of Murchison & Cumming's San Francisco office, where she handles general litigation including construction defect and injury, employment law, premises liability, food liability, habitability and representing HOA Board of Directors for the Sacramento and San Francisco Bay areas. She has extensive experience in all phases of litigation including Mediation, Arbitration and Trial. Her career at Murchison & Cumming began in the San Diego branch office, as an Associate Attorney specializing in civil litigation defense including personal injury, employment, property and construction law. In 2003, Ms. Townsend opened a branch office in Northern California and became Partner in Charge of that office continuing an active civil litigation defense practice retained by individual companies, private clients and insurance companies.
