Mr. Jaeger focuses on structuring and financing Argonne�s investments and is responsible for overseeing the operations of its portfolio companies. He has over 15 years of leveraged finance experience including originating, underwriting, and closing senior debt, mezzanine, and equity investments. Over his career, Mr. Jaeger has closed 37 transactions representing over $700 million in commitments. Most recently, he was a Senior Vice President at GE Healthcare Financial Services where he was responsible for originating senior debt transactions for a diverse group of healthcare companies. Prior to GE, Mr. Jaeger was with Wachovia where he helped start an early-stage venture lending group and was responsible for originating and executing equity-linked transactions. He also was with Bank of America Commercial Finance (formerly Greyrock/NationsCredit) where he originated and underwrote one-stop (senior, mezzanine, and equity co-investments) transactions in support of acquisitions led by private equity groups. Mr. Jaeger started his career at GE Capital as an underwriter, portfolio manager, and auditor. He received a B.S. in Finance from The Ohio State University and an M.B.A. from the Goizueta Business School at Emory University.
