Vice President of Marketing & Communications kari @ pjstraw.com Kari's career has given her a diverse array of public relations, marketing and advertising experiences. In addition to marketing the firm, she works with nonprofit clients in developing and implementing communication plans; generating publicity; creating case statements, web sites, newsletters, brochures, and direct mail pieces; and coordinating special events. Kari's career also includes experience in newspaper and direct marketing, serving as an account executive for a public relations and advertising firm, and managing marketing activities for a niche software company. Kari has a Bachelor of Journalism degree from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. She is active as a volunteer with Omaha's Salvation Army Women's Auxiliary and Adult Rehabilitation Center and the education committee at her church.
