Karen Pellicone is Director of Operations at JCPR. Karen's primary role is managing the daily operations of the firm, which includes formulating policies, developing and generating reports for JCPR and our clients, billing and bottom line reporting. In addition Karen oversees our human resources, recruiting, accounts receivable and IT departments. Karen brings more than a decade of business management experience to JCPR. Prior to JCPR, Karen was a buyer at housewares retailer Lechters, where she oversaw a $65 million budget and was responsible for purchasing merchandise for 650 stores, developing and achieving sales and marketing plans, maintaining inventory levels and gross margin dollars. Karen attended Farleigh Dickenson University and Berkeley College with a marketing and management major.
