Karen Kane has over 20 years of business and executive search experience, including working with a variety of companies, from early stage growth businesses to Fortune 500 companies. Karen also leads Kaplan & Associates, Inc.'s life sciences and healthcare services practice area. Karen has completed a variety of successful searches for clients across multiple industries, particularly life sciences, pharmaceutical, healthcare services, information technology telecommunications, manufacturing, and financial services. Previously, Karen worked with a leading international search firm based in Philadelphia, and spent several years with a boutique firm specializing in life sciences and pharmaceutical executive search. Karen continues to be recognized by her clients for her commitment to quality, and works intimately with her clients to ensure a successful search experience. She brings a special sensitivity to the assessment of leadership skills in highly technical markets. Karen's earlier background included working at Automatic Data Processing (ADP), where she gained extensive management and marketing experience. Karen was a national award-winner and former national sales manager at ADP. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from DeSales University.
