Julie Wallick is a co-owner of Wallick. She joined the company in June 1982 as a property supervisor, then worked as a marketing research specialist. She has held positions in all aspects of the business. Wallick is a Principal of the company, a member of its Advisory Board and Board of Directors. She also is Founder and President of Cap City Properties, a property management company in Columbus, which leases and manages geographically dispersed small multi-family and single residential housing units. Wallick is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati, earning her bachelor's of science degree in Business Administration, specializing in marketing. She also has completed postgraduate work at the Kellogg Business School at Northwestern University, Chicago. She is a licensed real estate broker, a member of and active in several professional associations. Wallick volunteers with and supports several non-profit organizations and is a board member of Teardrops to Rainbows, which provides support, services and financial assistance to children with cancer and their families. She spends time with her family, gardens, reads, travels and exercises when not working.
