Joseph Laurano oversees the operations of ResMark, Berkeley Investments' residential development and marketing subsidiary. Over the last nine years, Joseph has been involved in every stage of new condominium development including underwriting, loan origination, unit pricing, asset branding, pre-marketing, public relations, sales and project management. Prior to joining Berkeley, he worked in various leadership positions at leading national and local residential companies including Crescent Height of America and Otis & Ahearn. Joseph has been responsible for driving the success of some of the regions largest urban condominium developments. Joseph is a graduate of The Governors Academy and Hartwick College.
