Jorge Morell is Vice President/Director of Property Management & Construction of existing properties. In this capacity, Mr. Morell is responsible for leading the property and construction managers, with an emphasis on the timely completion of both tenant improvement work and building renovations. He also serves on Woolbright's Executive Committee, which focuses on the development of processes and procedures in order to meet all of the corporate objectives of the company and to facilitate its growth. Mr. Morell brings over 18 years of diversified commercial real estate experience to the company. His previous employers include The Atlantic Western Companies, Midlantic National Bank and City Federal Savings & Loan, all companies where he held senior level officer positions. Mr. Morell earned his BBA in Finance from Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton, FL. He is a Florida-licensed real estate salesman, a member of the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) and the Institute of Financial Education. Mr. Morell is also fluent in Spanish.
