Mr. Siska brings to O'Connell Hospitality Group the combined experience of hotel project financing with hotel and resort operations. During his 23 years in the industry, he has been involved in all aspects of the business ranging from capital formation, investment analysis, strategic planning, and operations. Prior to joining OHG, John served as Senior Managing Director and head of the Hospitality Division for Bedford Lending Corporation, an Investment Banking firm specializing in debt and equity placement. His responsibilities included structuring debt and equity instruments such as construction, permanent, mezzanine and bridge financing for his hospitality clients. John has held General Management positions with five nationally franchised full-service hotels, including a Four Diamond, Hilton Hotel. He has managed resort properties in Newport, Rhode Island as well as full-service convention hotels in Metro Boston over a seventeen-year period. John has earned a reputation for providing the highest standards of professional service and business integrity on a consistent basis. He graduated in 1975 with a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Massachusetts in Hotel Administration. He is an active member of REFA, has acted as a board member of the New Hampshire Lodging Association and a member of the Rotary Club.
