John Ripa Chief Operating Officer of Castel is responsible for product development and strategic direction, which includes company-wide application development, data management, technology infrastructure, data center operations and telecommunications. Previously, John was vice president for Sodexo's Business Intelligence operations, which he joined in 2000. He was responsible for managing the company's global business intelligence strategy, which included the implementation of a global corporate performance management system across 80+ countries based on a common language of Key Performance Indicators. John's vision provided the roadmap and implementation framework through which this was achieved. Prior to Sodexo, John spent 4 years at Great Lakes / GE Receivables Management, where he held the position of Corporate Planning Officer. His many contributions include implementation of a receivables management data warehouse and data mining system to improve processing of accounts. John has over 26 years of information systems technology and 10 years product research and development experience. John is a graduate of Rochester Institute of Technology and Canisius Colleges and holds Bachelor of Science degrees in Chemistry and Computer Science.
