JOHN T. "TED" GOLITZ Chairman Ted is the founder and majority shareholder of NewGround. He has been an entrepreneur for over 25 years and has owned companies in the construction industry prior to forming NewGround. Most recently, he was the majority shareholder and CEO of Ludowici Celadon, a premier clay roof tile manufacturer, Terra Green Technologies, a recycled-glass ceramic floor tile manufacturer, and CSC, Inc., a national pipe valve & fitting distributor (Distributor of The Year). During his prior tenure as CEO, he was directly involved with numerous projects that include the restoration of Carnegie Hall, New York City; Beaver Creek development in Vail, CO; Pennsylvania Avenue and White House restoration, Washington, DC; the Alaskan pipeline; Water Tower Place; and the Prudential Building in Chicago, IL.
