John Cerulli has over 15 years experience in financial management in both the public and private companies. John held several senior level financial roles including Treasurer and CFO of SABAL Investors, LLC, an early stage private investment company. In addition, John acted as a consultant to a number of companies in need of financial analysis, business development, restructuring, cash procurement or merger and acquisition services. Mr. Cerulli has negotiated several multi-million dollar transactions for the real estate, professional athletics, tribal casino, technology and medical industries. John received his BS in Accounting from Bentley College in 1993 and has served on the Board of Directors for several not-for-profit charitable organizations.
