Jo has 20 years financial management experience, spending the past 7 years in executive management positions in Seattle's emerging technology sector. Most recently she served as Chief Financial Officer of Intelligent Results, Inc., a venture-backed software company. She possesses deep experience formulating business plans; raising capital in the private equity markets; developing financial models and budgets; establishing accounting systems, processes and procedures; positioning companies for sale; and negotiating M&A and other strategic transactions. As Intrepid's CFO, Jo is responsible for accounting and financial reporting, treasury management, debt and equity structuring, contract negotiations, and investor communications. Jo holds bachelor degrees in International Business and Spanish from the University of Colorado and a Master of International Management degree from the American Graduate School of International Management.
