Jim Schreier is a professional trainer and management consultant. His experience in management training and human resource consulting includes 27 years of teaching to managers and professionals in a variety of settings. He has extensive experience working with manufacturing, banking, service, entertainment, and non-profit companies. He has worked throughout the United States and in several international settings. Jim is a certified POWER Partner, trained in the POWER Hiring system by Lou Adler, author of Hire With Your HeadA Rational Way to Make Gut Decisions. Schreier has a Ph.D. in Education, an MBA, and a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management and is a Senior Professional in Human Resources Management. He is professionally certified in a number of other management development programs, including Edward de Bono's Six Thinking Hats and Lateral Thinking, the Managerial Assessment of Proficiency from Training House, and Tom Crum's Magic of Conflict. He is an Associate Consultant with Human Synergistics and works extensively with their Organizational Culture Inventory, Organizational Effectiveness Inventory, Leadership Impact, and Life Styles Inventories.
