Jill is instrumental in creating Aptech's vision for the future and focuses her attention on ensuring that the company's product direction applies the most advanced technologies available. She oversees the company's product development and design teams, as well as the Customer Support and Sales and Marketing departments. Calling on 25+ years? experience in computerized accounting and business applications, Jill directs Aptech's day-to-day operations including all financial and administrative activity. As Aptech's first director of operations, Jill helped define company training certifications and implementation. She is a former president of the Hotel Financial and Technology Professionals (HFTP) Pittsburgh Chapter, and earned a BS/BA in administrative management from Robert Morris College in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
