As Senior Vice President of Lois L. Lindauer Searches, Jill Lasman specializes in recruiting mid to executive level professionals for the nonprofit sector with a special emphasis on higher education. A skilled interviewer, Jill has completed over 50 searches for leading educational, healthcare, religious, and social service organizations and institutions. Most recently, Ms. Lasman served as team leader for the 28 searches LLLS conducted for the University of Rochester, recruiting for such posts as Associate Vice President of Advancement Services and Associate Vice President of Capital and Special Projects. She has also completed searches for Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center, (Director of Individual Giving), SUNY-University of Buffalo (Associate Vice President of Constituent Relations and Associate Vice President of Corporate Relations), and completed over 20 fundraising management positions for Carnegie Mellon University. Ms. Lasman has worked in both nonprofit and for-profit organizations in the areas of recruitment, training and database administration. As Coordinator of Volunteer Services at the National Council of Jewish Women in Livingston, New Jersey, she developed and managed programs for volunteer recruitment, retention and recognition. Prior to joining LLLS, Jill worked with Madsen Personnel where she managed Customer Service for the Temporary Division. She is a cum laude graduate of the University of California, Los Angeles.
