Jette Campbell has more than 30 years of experience as an advisor and operating executive, in addition to being a Certified Public Accountant. He is responsible for strategic planning, restructurings, leading professional consulting teams, directing client turnarounds, and serving as an interim executive for the middle-market companies that make up the Carl Marks Advisory Group LLC (CMAG) customer base. Mr. Campbell's engagements have included turnarounds, restructurings, mergers and acquisitions, cash management, operational and financial assessments, due diligence, creditor relations, bankruptcies, and divestiture transactions. His client firms have encompassed a wide range of industries, including building materials and services, flooring distribution, grocery retail and distribution, textiles, consumer finance, and manufacturing. In his public accounting career, Mr. Campbell led engagements in construction equipment rental, including aluminum hydraulic shoring, architectural and engineering services, and the mining, manufacturing, and sale of aggregates and ready-mix concrete. Prior to joining CMAG, Mr. Campbell was Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer and head of Corporate Development for Griffin LLC, a joint venture with DuPont in the agricultural chemical industry. Before joining Griffin, he was an executive with PepsiCo, having served as Chief Financial Officer for Pepsi Foods International's operations in Northern Europe, based in London, England. He also served as Vice President and Controller for Frito-Lay in Dallas, Texas. Mr. Campbell began his career in public accounting. During a 17-year span, he was a Partner in two Big Eight firms. He served as the worldwide snack foods Partner for the PepsiCo account and headed the Southwestern U.S. manufacturing and high technology industry teams for KPMG Peat Marwick LLP. Mr. Campbell earned a BA in Business from Auburn University and engaged in post-graduate study at Auburn and Harvard Business School.
