Jessica C. Chow was promoted to Controller from Senior Accountant in 1999. Under her financial stewardship, Apex has grown steadily and smoothly, multiplying by ten times in revenue and number of employees. Under Ms. Chow's efficient leadership, the Administration Department of Apex has made significant accomplishments including successful development and implementation a company-wide ERP system, improvements in 401(K) and other employee benefit plans, creation of an effective technical environment for all employees, as well as reorganization of the accounting, logistics, and warehouse departments in order to streamline workflow and processes. Jessica C. Chow received her Bachelor of Science in Accounting from California State University at Los Angeles. She is most grateful to those who helped her learn to become a bold, caring, and kind leader.
