Jerry H. Biederman is a member of Neal Gerber Eisenberg's Associations & Not-for-Profit Organizations, Commercial Leasing, Corporate & Securities, Private Wealth Services and Real Estate Practice Groups. Jerry is the firm's managing partner and is a member of the firm's Executive Committee. The breadth and depth of Jerry's experience with very high-end transactions allows him to bring a sophisticated and holistic perspective to his clients? business challenges, in rapid order. He represents a wide variety of corporate and individual clients from throughout the U.S. that do business in several foreign countries. He has structured both the contractual and tax aspects of complex, multi-company distribution arrangements for American exporters, negotiated major tenant leases, devised and implemented significant asset restructurings for real estate clients, and integrated his clients? business planning and estate planning. Jerry earned his J.D. from the University of Chicago in 1971. In 1968, he graduated from Stanford University with a B.A. Jerry was admitted to the Illinois bar in 1971.
