Jeralyn Baran is a litigation attorney whose practice involves civil and commercial matters in both state and federal courts, including emergency injunctions, business disputes, breach of contract and employment discrimination cases. She is also an arbitrator for the Cook County Circuit Court Arbitration Program. Jeri served as chair of the firm's operations committee from 2008 to 2009.
