Director of Human Resources, Jennifer Sprague joined Denali in 2001 and was appointed to her current position in January 2007. As such she leads the coordination, planning, and implementation of employee relations for more than 350 staff members at 3MD, Inc. Her areas of responsibility include human resource management services, organizational development, employee relations, compensation and benefits, training, and employee programs. Jennifer is an active member of The Society for Human Resource Management and has more than 12 years of professional experience in the technology industry. Prior to joining Denali in 2001, she was employed by New Edge Networks, Bothell, WA and coordinated the service contractors training and project management in five contiguous states. Jennifer has been a native to the Pacific Northwest all of her life.
