Jeff L. Hull, Operating Partner. Mr. Hull joined Highlander Partners in 2009 to focus on private equity investments in manufacturing, distribution and service companies. Mr. Hull most recently served as Vice-Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Strategic Equipment and Supply Corporation, one of the largest providers in the U. S. of design services, equipment and supplies to the foodservice industry. Strategic operated 10 facilities in 6 states with approximately $300 million in annual revenues. Previously, Mr. Hull was Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Atrium Companies, Inc., one of the largest building material manufacturers in the United States, with approximately $800 million in annual revenues. Atrium had approximately 7,000 employees with 56 facilities in 26 states, Mexico and China. Prior to Atrium, Mr. Hull held management positions with AmVestors Financial Corporation (NYSE: AMV) and Deloitte and Touche. Mr. Hull currently or previously served as a director for Diagnostic Management Group, Shelter Distribution, Inc., Strategic and Atrium. Mr. Hull is currently chair of the Board of Trustees of Ottawa University and previously served as Trustee at Greenhill School. Mr. Hull holds a Master in Business Administration with honors from Emporia State University and a Bachelor of Arts, cum laude, in Accounting (with distinction) from Ottawa University. Mr. Hull previously was a certified public accountant.
