Jeff R. Dillard President of Cobra Oil & Gas Corporation Mr. Dillard serves as President of Cobra Oil & Gas Corporation ("Cobra") and is a 50% owner of the company. Mr. Dillard has been with Cobra since his graduation from the University of Texas in 1981. Prior to becoming president, he held the office of Vice President of Land where he was responsible for all land activities and also worked directly with Robert W. Osborne in the management and administration of Cobra. He is former President of the North Texas Association of Professional Landmen and is a former Director of the American Association of Professional Landmen and former Trustee of the Midwestern State University Foundation Board. Mr. Dillard is also a co-owner of Falls Distributing Company, a wholesale distributor for Anheuser-Busch Inc. and shareholder and Director of Property Damage Appraisers Inc. (PDA) and organizer, shareholder and Director of Fidelity Bank in Wichita Falls. Mr. Dillard is a member of the Young Presidents Organization, a Certified Professional Landman, and holds a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from the University of Texas at Austin specializing in Petroleum Land Management.
