Jay Horgen joined the Company in 2007 as Executive Vice President of New Investments. Prior to joining AMG, Mr. Horgen was a founder of Eastside Partners, a private equity firm. Mr. Horgen received a B.A. in Economics and Mathematics from Yale University.
