As Vice President of Public Sector Operations, Jay Baucom is responsible for Alphanumeric's growth in the public sector space as well as managing future operations with partners in either a prime or subcontractor role. Jay serves as a client advocate when approaching day-to-day operations by providing focused oversight for these contracts and service offerings to ensure continued high quality services. Jay draws upon 20 years of achievement in sales, operations, and financial management experience in both private and public sector environments to effectively serve Alphanumeric's customers. Most recently, Jay served as the Chief Information Officer for the North Carolina Community College System (NCCCS). He also served as an account executive, implementation manager, project director, development manager, and deputy account executive for a variety of programs while working for Affiliated Computer Services, Inc. These roles have provided Jay with extensive experience communicating and coordinating work throughout all levels of stakeholder organizations.
