Jason King is responsible for the financial reporting of Castile's funds including quarterly and annual reporting, tax preparation, and the firm's audits. He also manages day-to-day operations and IT infrastructure. Mr. King participates in the financial analysis of portfolio investments, is the key liaison with the portfolios? CFOs, and assists in their equity and debt transactions. Mr. King has a background in accounting and has significant experience in the private equity industry. Prior to Castile, Mr. King was manager of financial reporting at Summit Partners where he prepared and oversaw the quarterly and annual financial statements for the equity investment partnerships of over sixty active investments as part of their $6 billion private equity and venture funds. Before joining Summit, he was a senior associate in the financial services industry practice of Deloitte & Touche where he supervised all aspects of audit engagements. Mr. King has also served as a senior accountant for Kevin P. Martin & Associates where he supervised audits, produced financial reports, and prepared individual, partnership, and corporate tax returns. Mr. King began his career as a division staff accountant at Merkert Enterprises. Mr. King received a BS in Accounting from Bryant College. He is a Certified Public Accountant and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants.
