Jason Goins. Vice President of Construction. Has been with Wright Investment Properties since 1998. Mr. Goins has been in the construction industry for 22 years and has been responsible for the construction of various types of projects including single and multi family, land development, office, commercial, hotel, and various restaurants. After serving as Project Manager for 7 years, he was promoted to Vice President of Construction. He coordinates renovation and ground up construction projects from inception to punch out. His efforts include direction of key aspects of the construction process including acquisition, cost studies, construction methods, architectural drawings, permitting issues, franchise standards coordination, job progress tracking, budget tracking and job closeout. Mr. Goins graduated from Crichton College where he earned a B.S. He currently holds a General Contractors license in Tennessee and Mississippi and is a Certified Firestopping Specialist.
